To be an authorized affiliate of www.webservio.net, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Terms:

Webservio Affiliate I Plan:

Level I: 25% commission on first sale¹, 1 cent for each click-through² pending approval by the Webservio Marketing Department.

Level II³: 5% commission on first sale, no click-through commission

Bonus Plan I: If affiliate generates more than 2 sales in an actual month or more than $1,000⁴, affiliate receives 35% commissions on first sales.

Bonus Plan II: If affiliate generates more than 5 sales in an actual month or over $2,000, affiliate receives 40% commissions on each additional sale.

Services available:

Secured Web Hosting as described on www.webservio.net.

Mail Bagging as described on www.webservio.net.

DNS Hosting as described on www.webservio.net.

Tracking System:

Sales are tracked using cookies. Each banner placed on a landing page or Web site by an affiliate contains a cookie. When a browser clicks the banner, a cookie is placed on the browser's computer and the browser is taken to the associated service pages of www.webservio.net. When a browser clicks "order now" and signs up online, the cookie tracks the order and gives the affiliate credit for the order. A credit amount is automatically tracked in Webservio's affiliate system, which the affiliate can check at anytime at www.affiliates.webservio.net.

Receiving Payment:

Webservio will submit commission payments to the affiliate via the setting selected by the affiliate upon signup. The first payout must be a minimum of $300. Subsequent payouts will be either $100, $200, $300, $400 or $500, depending upon the option selected by the affiliate.

Conditions:

Participation in the Webservio Affiliate I program is voluntary and does not imply expressly or implicitly that an affiliate is employed by Webservio, Inc. ("Webservio").

Webservio reserves the right to terminate affiliate status at anytime. Causes for termination may include but are not limited to affiliate participation in pornography, spamming, cybercrime and/or any other industry that may be potentially damaging and does not uphold high ethical standards that are inline with Webservio. Furthermore, Webservio retains the right to seek further action for damages to Webservio and/or its services that result from affiliates who participate in such industries.

Webservio also retains the right to terminate affiliate status and seek further action for damages to Webservio and/or its services as the direct result of harm intentionally inflicted by an affiliate, its organization, its other affiliations or any other associations.

Webservio will pay commissions to affiliates based on the terms within these terms and conditions unless otherwise stated. Webservio retains the right to refuse commissions due for any individual sale that does not meet the express criterion within the terms of the Webservio Affiliate I program.

Affiliate information that assists in identifying an affiliate including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address and tax identification number is required to verify the identity and good intentions of the affiliate.

Affiliate retains the sole responsibility to report commissions and income earned through the Webservio Affiliate I program or otherwise to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for tax purposes and is solely responsible for paying any taxes as a result of said income or commissions.

Webservio retains the right to modify these terms and conditions. Current terms and conditions will be considered the terms and conditions available to current, future or past affiliates on www.affiliates.webservio.net.

1. "First sale" is identified as the first invoice created and paid for a sale. These are tracked using “smart cookies” when a customer signs up for a package after clicking affiliater affiliate banner advertisement.

2. "Click-throughs" are tracked through a cookie when a user clicks affiliater affiliate banner advertisement. Click-through payouts MUST be approved by the Webservio Marketing Department.

3. Affiliates can have affiliates sign up under an affiliate account, making them Sub Affiliates. When an affiliate's Sub Affiliate has a Level I sale, the affiliate receives Level II commissions.

4. Actual months refer to a 30-day period. Your actual months will be determined by the date your online registration is received for the Webservio Affiliate I program.
